EMFAC
EMFAC2025 v2.1.1 is the most up‑to‑date release of the EMFAC2025 model and provides the best available emissions inventories for on-road mobile sources in California. This version includes the full emission benefits of the Clean Truck Check program, including those from non-California vehicles. Please note that EMFAC2025 has not been approved by U.S. EPA for use in State Implementation Plans or transportation conformity analyses.
