Project Analysis allows users to generate emission rates using custom meteorological inputs (temperature and relative humidity). Please note that the emission rates produced by this web tool may differ slightly from those generated by the EMFAC PC application.

Model Version
EMFAC2025 v2.1.1 is the most up‑to‑date release of the EMFAC2025 model and provides the best available emissions inventories for on-road mobile sources in California. This version includes the full emission benefits of the Clean Truck Check program, including those from non-California vehicles. Please note that EMFAC2025 has not been approved by U.S. EPA for use in State Implementation Plans or transportation conformity analyses.

Temperature and Relative Humidity
Enter temperature (in Fahrenheit) and relative humidity (as a percentage without the "%" sign), separated by a comma, with up to 12 lines. Temperature must be an integer between 0 and 120, and relative humidity must be an integer between 0 and 100 (e.g., 70, 20 for Temperature = 70°F and Relative Humidity = 20%). Duplicate pairs of temperature and relative humidity are not allowed.
