EMFAC2025 v2.1.1 is the most up‑to‑date release of the EMFAC2025 model and provides the best available emissions inventories for on-road mobile sources in California. For details on updates made since the release of EMFAC2025 v2.0.0, please refer to the EMFAC2025 Version Updates. Please note that EMFAC2025 has not been approved by U.S. EPA for use in State Implementation Plans or transportation conformity analyses.
